Returns & Refunds
Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be:
- In its original, undamaged condition
- Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already used
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team.
After you have contacted our customer service, you need to provide your order number and we will give you the return address.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Return Shipping Fee
1. The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems, or other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement.
2. If you ordered an incorrect size, product, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost or resend you a new product upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
Refund Options
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return.
